My name is Vedant. I was diagnosed with arthritis in February of last year and had to discontinue most physical activity that was part of my day-to-day routine. Playing sports intensely or even jogging became painful because of the stiffness in my joints. A yoga instructor recommended that I try Rupali ma'am's classes, who I was told was a specialist in dealing with such medical problems. It has been almost six months now that I have started taking her classes regularly and I am happy to say that now my body is pain-free. I am so lucky to have such a good and honest teacher and very grateful to our Rupali Bhosale madam.🙏 Before joining this our class I met her very long back like 12yrs and since from there Rupali madam learned and teaching now it’s so helpful to me like miracles in my life. I am now 55yrs old and learning face yoga for get rid of anti-aging wrinkles , tapping exercises for all over body relaxation for different parts, ankle/foot toe pain relief exercises then for my shoulder after operation. She helped me by teaching mudras also. These are all beyond my expectations what I asked to do from different doctors or physiotherapist was just waste of time and money too. But when I meet Rupali ,she was like God for me that you all won’t believe all pains are gone like miracle as I said before.
